Your Aura is the field of energy flowing around you. Your aura is unique to you, however your thoughts, emotions, and interactions with other people, all have an influence the present state of your aura.
In this new angel message, Archangel Uriel explains that a strong auric field will protect you from harm, as well as assist you in manifesting joy, love, and abundance in your experience.
There are many things that can weaken your aura such as stress, fatigue, drugs and alcohol, or negative habits. Your aura can also become clouded with negativity from challenging interactions, or from negative thoughts and actions. Because your aura is somewhat vulnerable to the choices you make, it is important to regularly practice cleansing and maintaining your aura.
A simple practice to cleanse your aura begins with asking your angels for assistance. Imagine an incredible light shining down on you from above. Allow the light that is flowing down to enter into your energy through your crown chakra at the top of your head. Imagine it flowing down your spinal column in a beam of white light, cleansing, and releasing any negativity into the light. Let the light flow in, until you notice or imagine that you are completely surrounded with light; in a bubble of light, or an orb. Ask Archangel Michael to clear and protect your energy and your aura… and to assist you in vibrating with more love and light.
