Hey, Melanie here. I am about to share with you an incredibly simple and yet effective Tree of Life Meditation meditation you can do anytime and anywhere to shift your vibration, ground and center your energy, or connect with nature on a deeper level.
I love doing this meditation outside in nature, but really, you can do it anywhere you want.

Take a moment to notice if you’re leaning forward, backward, or to one side or the other, and then consciously balance your energy, centering your weight and beginning to tune into the earth beneath your feet.
Once you’re nicely balanced, standing there with your feet flat on the ground, close your eyes, and imagine that you’re a tree.
Imagine you’re a giant redwood tree, standing tall, completely hollow on the inside, clear of thought, worry, or tension.
Imagine you’re reaching up towards the light with your branches, letting the light shine down and through your entire being.
Next imagine you have roots, reaching way down through the ground towards the earth, firmly grounding you in this present moment.
Feel your energy flowing down like tree roots grounding you to the earth, and flowing all the way down to the light at the core of the earth. Feel your energy reaching down with tree roots, through layers of earth, and bedrock, and sediment, past rocks and pebbles, other roots, worms and bugs, reaching down, grounding you in this present moment.
Feel your energy fully grounded, and simultaneously feel yourself reaching up towards the sky, reaching up towards the light, your branches reaching up and out, absorbing all of the bright pure sunlight.
Feel yourself soaking up and absorbing pure source light, crystalline consciousness, filling you, filling your body, filling your tree trunk with light.
In this moment let yourself simply be balanced between the sky and the earth. Just being, breathing and observing the world around you.
Feel your connection with all of the other trees in the forest, with the birds, with the air, with the sky. You are one with it. You are one with the Divine, one with the Earth, one with Nature, one with All That Is.
Breathe…
Enjoy the feeling of being grounded to earth, reaching up towards the sky, filled with light, your heart open, your entire being completely illuminated…
Just breathe and be, and enjoy this incredible, and yet simple Tree of Life Meditation anytime.
