The Gift of Spiritual Discernment

You have access to a powerful source of inner guidance…

It's called your discernment.

Discernment is quite simply the ability to determine for yourself what information serves you, what is for you, and what isn’t.

The gift of spiritual discernment is so incredibly important as you progress on your spiritual path and ascension path, and as you connect with your spirit guides and angels and their guidance and support for your life.

Discernment is also key as you tune into spiritual teachings from me, the messages I channel, or from other spiritual teachers, authors, and way-showers who are sharing their gifts, their light, and their messages in the world.

The Difference Between Judgement And Discernment

With discernment, I’m not talking about judging the things you hear or the teachers you see as good or bad, or as right or wrong.

Instead, I’m talking about aligning with the teachers and information that most serves you on your unique path… With where you are right here and now.

You can ask the following questions to tap into your gift of discernment:

• Is this information in alignment with my highest direction and intention?
• Does this information help me and support me with what I'm trying to create?
• Is this information relevant to what I'm trying to create?

If you ask yourself these questions when you go through a body of work, you may find that 80% of the information totally applies to your journey, but there are a few things you don’t quite resonate with.

This doesn't mean you need to scrap the entire book or teacher. It simply means to take what works for you, and let go of the rest.

Or, as Bruce Lee would say: “Absorb what is useful, discard what is useless, and add what is uniquely your own.”

How To Sense If A Message WIll Serve Your Highest Self

Discernment is so key when you’re beginning to tune into information from your guides and Angels.

Why?

Because the process of discernment allows you to know whether something is true Divine guidance or if it is actually ego, a lower vibration entity, or a lower manifestation.

You use discernment here by tuning into the vibration and the energy of the actual message:

Is it uplifting? Does it feel empowering? Is it relevant?

If so, use it, implement it, and enjoy the benefits of the message.

If not… let it go.

Discernment of Spirits

So if you have a guide coming forward who is sharing knowledge with you, ask, “Who is this I’m connecting with? Are you of the middle path and highest Christed light? Are you here to serve according to my highest and greatest good?”

If the answer is no, they have to tell you, and they will be released and deflected.

You can then refocus on the golden light within your heart, calling forth high vibrational guidance that will serve you on your ascension path.

Use Your Discernment Wisely

Here’s a short summary of how you can use your ability of spiritual discernment.

1. When you encounter new information, whether from a person, a spirit guide, a book, reading online, or anything else, ask: “Is this serving? Is this true for me? Does this support me on my path? Is this helpful?”
2. If the answer is yes, integrate what you're learning into your life, and take action on the guidance.
3. If the answer is no, know that you can release that information and move on.

If a lot of what a certain author or teacher is sharing doesn't resonate with you, that’s a good sign that teacher isn't for you.

It doesn't mean that they're bad, it just means they’re not for your path and for your highest intention and purpose at this time.

Use your discernment wisely and enjoy!
