5 Ways to Raise Your Vibration Fast!
We live in a vibrational universe, meaning everything – even the most physical, dense objects around us, when zoomed in on enough – are mostly space. Everything has a vibration.
Depending on what you're interacting with – whether through thoughts, feelings, or actions – you're either raising or lowering your vibration.
There are however, five things that have the biggest effect. I'm excited to share these with you, so you can raise your vibration fast!
What happens when you raise your vibration?
A high vibration equates to living in states of joy, love, gratitude, peace, fulfillment, and vibrant well-being.
By contrast, lower vibrational states can equate to living in judgment, shame, frustration, dis-ease and fear.
Wherever you are on the vibrational scale now, there are powerful ways to raise your vibe and level up so you can start living a high vibe life in alignment with blessings the highest possibilities meant for you.
How to Raise Your Vibration Fast – Top 5 Ways!
#1: Pay Attention to What You Are Consuming
As a vibrational being, you are impacted by everything you consume:
- The information you process mentally
- Things you ingest in your body
- Products you consume
- Products you put on your body
- Items you use in your home
If you're consuming a lot of information that is draining – whether scrolling social media or watching Netflix shows that are negative or depressing – this creates a change in your vibration.
Start replacing the things that bring you down with something that lifts you up: good books, uplifting music, creative projects, inspiring nature around you, as well as shows or documentaries that uplift and inspire you.
What foods raise your vibration?
Begin to swap these things out with organic whole foods, with fresh organic produce, or – even better – produce you grow from your own garden … This raises your vibration!
Think also of the skin care and cleaning products you use. If you are using products with harsh chemicals, plastics, and toxins, this lowers your vibe.
Educate yourself about ingredients in products you use.
Begin to replace toxin-laden options with with options you love and that are healthy for your physical body.

When you first start diving into this, don't let yourself become overwhelmed by how much there is to change in the world and in your life. Take it one day at a time, and focus on one product or one room at a time, starting to replace low vibe items with better options that are healthy for your physical body, your energy, and nature and the world around you.
#2: Take Back Control over Your Mind
The ordinary state of mental consciousness is drawn towards negative thoughts of judgment, worry, fear, etc. When your mind continues to pull you into negativity, you perpetuate lower vibrations in your energy.
Mindfulness, or beginning to observe your thoughts in the moment is a key way to shift your thinking. Start paying attention to your thoughts, and to how you speak to yourself and other people. Simply observing what your mind says has a way of naturally encouraging your mind to “be on a bit better behavior” and to have more positive thoughts as a result.
You can take this a step further, by actually elevating your base level of mental consciousness. You do this by touching states of higher consciousness and Divine mind.
Meditation is essential in accomplishing this.
Meditation is also a powerful tool to reboot your mind. If your computer or phone starts acting wonky, what do you do? You reboot it to help get things back into alignment, into an optimized operating state.
When your mind is spiraling, reboot it through meditation. This is most effective when it is done consistently; a daily morning meditation practice is invaluable for setting the tone of your mental consciousness for the day.
Dropping into deep stillness in meditation also gives you an opportunity to replenish your energy from the zero-point field of infinite possibility.
When you recharge from this place, you no longer need to “get energy from others”. You can cut away the need to engage in lower energy games that most of humanity is still entangled in – stepping back to observe from a place of higher Divine mind.
This raises your vibration which has an immense benefit for your life, but also helps you to ripple high vibe energy out beyond you to bless and benefit all.
#3: Reconnect with Nature
One of the most powerful ways to begin to train your energy body to recharge from the Infinite is to begin engaging in a positive energy exchange with nature.
When you get out into a pristine location in nature, you are connecting with a physical manifestation of the Infinite in a coherent state that is free from resistance. There is something beautiful and profound you access in doing this.
Getting out in nature and tuning in with love and gratitude to a tree, for instance, causes nature around you to send you energy in return. This is why nature is so recharging. When you approach nature with love, gratitude, and reverence, it recharges your energy fields.
It teaches you how to recharge from the Infinite. You can then take this a step further to where, even when you spend time indoors, you begin to tune into love and gratitude and reverence. You can then be recharged and replenished from the Infinite in return.
Then you no longer have to try to get energy from other people. In fact, you can begin to then relate to others in a new way. You can send endless love and positivity to the people around you because you're recharging direct from the Infinite.
If you live in a big city or work in an office, you may feel you don't have much opportunity to connect with nature.
Prioritize nature time when you can.
- Spend time in your backyard.
- Walk around a city park.
- Go for a hike in the forest.
- Plan your next vacation around nature time.
- Find a special tree to connect with to practice this positive exchange – loving, appreciating, and receiving a recharge in return.
This is also where crystals, essential oils and houseplants come in. You may want to bring little bits of nature with you and consciously tune into them with gratitude.
#4: Learn to Let Go
So much of what is keeping many people trapped in lower vibrational states is simply holding on to past limiting beliefs, traumas, challenges and judgments.
Everyone has trauma from their life, from their childhood, from past experiences. So, what are you going to do with that trauma you were given?
You can either choose to perpetuate it, to hold on to it, to let it keep you in a lower vibrational state … or you can choose to let it go.
When you choose to forgive, to release the past and release trauma, you're raising your vibration.
You’ve likely heard the saying, “Hurt people, hurt people.”
If someone in your past hurt you, you can begin to change the way you look at that by recognizing that they were simply passing on trauma they had been given.
They were not the source of the trauma. It goes back further in time.
Through this lens, you can begin to forgive that parent who hurt you, recognizing they were only passing on that same hurt and trauma that they learned.
Break the Chain of Trauma
But now with you, the chain can be broken. Healing can begin to unfold across the lens of time. It doesn't mean that what happened is okay. It means that you no longer let that trauma control your vibrational state or your actions.
You now choose to let it go – to let go of the patterns, the beliefs, the tensions – to allow a greater level of light and life force to circulate through you, to recognize that everything in the past brought you to this moment now.
This is the moment where infinite possibility resides and where you have the opportunity to choose how you respond. You choose to either raise your vibration or perpetuate the old.
#5: Commit to Joy
Commit, right here and now, to doing more of what lights you up. Commit to doing more of what recharges and energizes you at the level of your soul.
Prioritize bliss, joy, and having fun. Recognize that being in a high vibe is a powerful form of light work because you're sending forth ripples of positive energy out beyond you to bless and benefit all.
It is not selfish to prioritize yourself in a way that you refill yourself up before you give energy to others.
- What is it that lights you up?
- What brings you joy?
- What replenishes your energy?
- What do you lose track of time while you're doing it?
When you find the things you love and enjoy, that light you up and are fulfilling and rewarding, you can seek ways to put them to good use in service of others.
This is where you get into living on purpose, living your mission, and living the highest possible expression of your light. To get there, it often takes first prioritizing joy, fun and play first.
When you prioritize raising your vibe, it then brings you extra energy to be of service to others.
How to Raise Your Spiritual Vibration
Your guides and angels are powerful allies in increasing your vibration!
Call in Divine light to surround you and to lift your frequency.
Invite in your angels and ask for their assistance by simply thinking or saying: “Angels help me to raise my vibration now and to hold a new level of love and light in my daily life”.
Breathe, relax, and open your heart to connect with further insight and encouragement from your angels. Your angels can help you connect with the infinite supply of energy and light from the Divine, and may offer insight, healing and guidance for you as you walk the spiritual path of increasing your frequency.
Take It One Step At A Time
Raising your vibrational frequency is an ongoing process, and there is always room for improvement. There will be times where you really feel like you're getting somewhere, and then you slip back a few steps in response to an outside trigger or challenge.
Don't worry when this happens, be patient with yourself, treat yourself with love and care, and refocus on the simple things you can do now to raise your frequency now.
Listen to your intuition, follow your heart, laugh, play, take good care of yourself and do what is right for you to respond to life with love. Keep moving in the direction of an increased vibration and remember to enjoy the journey.
There is a huge opportunity for growth available to you in this lifetime, which happens one moment at a time.
