Release… and Christmas

Indeed beloved friends I am here, I am Archangel Metatron and am so excited to be here this evening.  It is a beautiful thing really, a group of individuals coming together and combining their energy for the greater good of the planet the collective and the universe it is no small thing and for that I thank you. I wish to begin with a simple exercise this evening an act of releasing. So at this time allow yourself to feel whatever it is you are feeling whatever you feel right now, allow yourself to feel it fully. Have you had a good week a bad week a hectic day a blissful evening, whatever it is allow it to be here and allow it to be ok do not judge it just feel it, we feel this now.

Allow whatever you are feeling to be felt. If you are having a hard time identifying what you are feeling, don’t worry, just allow yourself to feel that, whatever you’re feeling is ok. And now we will ask a simple question, could you release this feeling? Would you release this feeling? When?

Notice the simple act of releasing elevates your vibration elevates your frequency. Releasing is a powerful activity and one I will recommend you begin to integrate into your life always. It is important to know that is it equally beneficial to release good experiences as it is bad experiences. Often individuals only want to release bad experiences, holding on to the good ones, for they are enjoyable and that is what you desire to experience. But I am here to remind you, for deep down you know this, or to tell you if it seems new… Releasing good along with bad opens you up to your unlimitedness and beloveds each and every one of you are indeed unlimited beings. All you desire is yours. Know, that anything you want is possible and know that joy is yours for the taking now and love is yours. I wish to expand on this concept of love, especially since we are in somewhat of a stressful time, the holiday season. It is somewhat ironic that this time should bring about so much stress, when its goal is to be a time for family and friends to come together and share joy. What happens around this time, is many of you are very attached to the outcome of having those around you have fun and wanting to please others express your giving, wanting to give the perfect gift or plan the perfect party. And I will remind you now that in order for those around you to get the most out of the holiday season, and in order for you, to enjoy it as you deserve to it begins with self love. I have mentioned before that it is impossible to fully love another without first fully loving and accepting self.  Yet in modern society today this is a concept that many are oblivious of, trying to please others looking outside of themselves for love. Love lies within. Over this weekend, beginning in this new growth period make it a priority to love yourself fully for only what you do this are you able to experience your unlimited nature, the true love and affection of another in an intimate relationship or a friendship. Self love is so important!

I will now give you a moment to take another deep breath, and in your mind tell yourself you love you. Do not feel silly, know that when you do this your energy raises, And now I give you another simple exercise that you can do often in any situation. Saying to yourself out loud or in your mind “I love you, I am sorry for anything I may have done consciously or unconsciously to hurt you, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.” This is an activity you can repeat often and you will find that as you do it, it becomes easier to love yourself in the present moment, and you will find that there are many areas in which you have not yet completely forgiven yourself. You will find that there are areas where you are holding your love from yourself, beloveds self love opens doors that you may not even know you have. Love yourself fully if there is one thing that you choose to work on in 2010 make it self love, this is huge.

And now once again we will practice release. This time think of something in your life which you wish to let go, this could be an unhealthy relationship with a person, with a physical manifestation, an addiction, or a recurring pattern that you seem to experience. Define this for yourself, something you would like to let go. Think of this thing, how does it make you feel? If the feeling is uncomfortable or enjoyable allow yourself to feel it fully, allow it to be here to be present with you. And now we ask you this feeling, could you let it go? And allow yourself to answer. Would you let it go? When?

Notice the simple act of releasing, raises your vibration level, your frequency, enjoy this and remember you do not need me to guide you through releasing though I will be happy to do so whenever you call upon me, Archangel Metatron. This is something you can and I urge you to do on your own and often and on all areas.

Now I wish to touch on the subject of Christmas as it is right around the corner, and there is much anticipation and much emotion around it. I spoke briefly about the importance of self love at this time, and be sure to focus on this, yes display love for others but make love for yourself the first priority.

As for the concept behind Christmas, the birth of Christ this is a miraculous story and it is beautiful but with where we are now, where you are now as a species as consciousness you are ready for the full picture. The birth is simply the beginning of the story, for there is much more. The Christ Consciousness was born into Yeshua as well as Mary Magdalene, twin flames. Within their souls the Christ Consciousness, the light conscious was activated, and these two beautiful beings ascended twin flames ascended into heaven ascended into Christ consciousness, enlightenment. Let this be your story this Christmas let this be the example that is for you. For know that the story of Christ’s ascension is not just a story but a reminder of what you are able to accomplish in your life. You are ready to ascend into heaven, and you are supported in this. This is the good news of Christmas. Yes Christ was born, but Christ and Mary Magdalene balanced male and female energy, ascended into heaven. Within each of you lie both male and female energies. God and Goddess energy, allowing both the sides of you to come out is necessary. If you are male this may be an especially difficult concept for you to grasp and this is due to your conditioning your belief system that you need to be strong, and tough and masculine. But know that embracing your female side, your feminine side does not make you weak but quite the contrary it makes you strong, balanced male and female energy opens you up to your ascension into heaven, so remember that as you celebrate Christmas. Yes celebrate the birth but know that the story does not end there. Beloveds know that now, on whatever holiday you celebrate, and always your own angels and guides are with you, begin to acknowledge them and they will make themselves more known to you. And of course you may call upon I, Archangel Metatron any time for assistance in releasing, for assistance in loving yourself more fully and in staying in a state of joy.
